This policy summarizes how personal data is processed within the Club Nàutic Bètulo outings management system.

Data controller
Club Nàutic Bètulo, as the entity responsible for organizing outings and the operational management of teams.

Purpose
To manage users, teams, outings, bookings, attendance, language preferences and operational communications related to outings.

Data processed
Display name, email address, team, bookings, attendance, notification and language preferences, and technical access and activity logs.

Legal basis
User consent and the need to manage the operational relationship with the club and teams.

Retention
Data will be kept while the account is active or while needed for operational management. Tokens and technical logs will be kept only as long as necessary.

Recipients
No disclosure to third parties is expected, except technical providers required for hosting, email and service maintenance.

Rights
You can request a data export or account closure from your profile, and request rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by contacting the club administration. You may also lodge a complaint with the AEPD.
